DELIVERY
What is your return/exchange policy?
+ Due to the nature of the products, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on used or opened items. We will offer a replacement or store credit on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
+ If you experience any issues receiving your order or if you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us at hello@seliaandco.com and we will do our best to make things right. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
+ If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@seliaandco.com.
How do I track my shipment?
+ US Shipments: We typically ship orders within 1 - 3 days of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
+ International Orders: We do ship overseas. However, shipping costs vary, and you may be charged a duty fee. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

What is the shelf life of your products?
+ We use 100% natural ingredients to perfect the products you love without artificial preservatives. Your skincare product stays fresh up to 8 months when kept out of direct sunlight and stored at or below room temperature.
How do I use the products?
+ Wash your face with your favorite cleanser. In a non-metal bowl, mix one part clay with one part water, aloe juice, or honey. Apply evenly or apply as a spot treatment, avoiding your eyes, and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and moisturize skin for a healthy glow.
Do your products help with blemishes and dark spots?
+ Our Peppermint + Green Tea Mask is formulated just for this purpose! Peppermint and chamomile are recognized for their natural abilities to lighten dark spots. The rejuvenating power of organic green tea will keep your skin glowing. Use this product as a facial clay mask to brighten your skin or as a spot treatment to target specific areas.
Are your products tested on animals?

Are your products vegan-friendly?

I have really sensitive skin and am prone to allergic reactions. Can I use your products if I have allergies?
+ Our products contain no harsh chemicals and are made only with natural ingredients. However, all skin types are different, so please test the product on a small area of your skin for at least 2 to 3 days before regularly including it in your beauty regimen. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult your doctor.
